Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program and current licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment, including familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent time management skills and an ability to work independently within a structured environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
